What We're Watching on Netflix These Days

One of my favourite parts of editing wedding photos is that I get to lose myself in a Netflix series!  Last year it was Scandal and this year it's Gilmore Girls.  I never watched it when it first came out in 2000 so I have some catching up to do.   I love that I barely need to glance over and can just listen to their witty banter.  I've made it midway through Season 3 and although I know Jess is bad news, I loved it when they had their first real kiss!

When I look at what the kids have in their "Recently Watched" list, I'm not surprised.  Nya is all about My Little Pony and the boys are loving Pokemon still and Sponge Bob Squarepants.

I do enjoy documentaries and Gary and I really enjoyed The Barkley Marathons, it was so unique and entertaining–seriously, the checkpoints require that you take the correct page out of a book!  We also just watched  He Named Me Malala which I found educational and started Virunga which is emotional and interesting (I love almost anything that includes biology and Africa).

Other documentaries we have seen are: BlackfishTwinstersFat, Sick & Nearly DeadMy Beautiful Broken Brain, The Drop Box, and Making a Murderer (didn't finish that one) already.

I asked on Facebook for recommendations and here are some of them that were given:
Autism in Love
Poverty, Inc.
The Beginning of Life
Happy
The Story of Maths

What has been your favourite Netflix Documentary or at least one that I should check out?

Love,
Louise
